In 2022, MAYFAIR introduced the MAYFAIR On Sea,Morjim,Goa, a peaceful and secluded property that offers guests an intimate escape from the bustle of city life. With exceptional hospitality and a range of luxurious amenities, this resort is perfect for those seeking the ultimate relaxation.

The Palm Beach Resort in Gopalpur-On-Sea was an old Oberoi Hotel establishment since 1914. After facing natural disasters, the Oberoi family sold it to the MAYFAIR Group, who restored and renovated it into a marvel of architectural innovation, blending tradition and modernity. This exquisite resort opened in 2012 and offers an unmatched experience to guests with world-famous chefs, spa therapists, and other hospitality professionals.

In 2013, MAYFAIR launched the MAYFAIR Puri Waves, a premium beachfront hotel in Puri that captures the essence of coastal living in India. With stunning ocean views and a wide range of upscale amenities, this property is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The Himalayan Hotel, a 20th-century colonial gem of Kalimpong, was preserved and restored by MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts. With stunning views of the Kabru and Kanchenjunga mountains, it flaunted its elegance in stone walls, oak ceilings, teak pillars, and clear glass windows.

After 117 years, the last of the Macdonalds sold the hotel, making way for the renovation. The hotel's essence was preserved while blending seamlessly with contemporary comforts. In 2017, the hotel was reopened as the MAYFAIR Himalayan Spa Resort, Kalimpong.

Nestled beside the serene Jhanjh Lake in Raipur, MAYFAIR Lake Resort is a charming boutique property. The resort boasts plush accommodations with modern amenities, impeccable hospitality, and personalized services.

The exquisite architecture, lush greenery, and exceptional service make it a unique haven for guests seeking luxurious comfort amidst natural beauty. The resort opened its doors in 2019 and has since been offering an unforgettable experience to all its visitors.

In 2020, MAYFAIR unveiled the MAYFAIR Tea Resort Siliguri, a luxurious hotel in West Bengal that offers guests a refined and elegant stay with a range of upscale services and amenities.

MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts added another gem to its collection in 2023 with the opening of MAYFAIR Spring Valley Resort in Guwahati. The property offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of nature, boasting luxurious rooms and suites equipped with modern amenities.
