Cancellation/Amendment Policy
1. Mayfair Lagoon, Bhubaneswar & Mayfair Convention, Bhubaneswar
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
Group Booking / RESIDENTIAL WEDDING
If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.
Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.
Less than 7 days from the date of arrival, the entire amount for the stay will be charged as retention.
2. Mayfair Rourkela
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
Group Booking / RESIDENTIAL WEDDING
If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.
Within 07 – 15 days of the date of arrival, 75% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.
Less than 7 days from the date of arrival, the entire amount for the stay will be charged as retention.
3. Mayfair Palm Beach Resort, Gopalpur
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

If the reservation is cancelled/amended before 30 days of the date of arrival, there will be no retention.
Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.

4. Mayfair Waves, Puri & Mayfair Heritage, Puri
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

Within 15 – 30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the 1st-night stay will be charged as retention.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
Please note: Free cancellation is applicable up to 15 days prior to arrival during the peak period from 20th December 2025 to 5th January 2026
11. Mayfair Spring Valley, Guwahati
The guest can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival.
Please note: Bookings are non-refundable during the peak period from 20th December 2025 to 5th January 2026.
12. Mayfair Manor Jungpana
The bookings made are non-refundable.
13. Mayfair Oasis Resort and Convention, Jharsuguda
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
14. Mayfair Purnea
The guest can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival.
15. Mayfair World Cup Village, Rourkela
The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
16. Mayfair Manor Alibag
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
